You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using Mail Alert. By using, copying, transmitting, distributing or installing Mail Alert, you agree to all of the terms of this License. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install Mail Alert.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by Bettasoft to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30-day evaluation period a registration fee is required. Payments should be sent using the Bettasoft website (www.bettasoft.net). For registration information, choose 'Buy Mail Alert...' from the Mail Alert Help menu. If for some reason you cannot use the Bettasoft website or it is unavailable, please contact support@bettasoft.net. Also, for inquires about bulk licensing options, please contact support@bettasoft.net.

You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in Mail Alert is transferred to you. Title, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and to Mail Alert shall remain with Bettasoft. Mail Alert is protected by copyright and patent laws of the United States and international treaties. Unregistered use of Mail Alert after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may, without making any payment to Bettasoft:

a. give exact copies of this evaluation version of Mail Alert personally to anyone, except for the purpose of extending their 30 day evaluation period;
b. distribute exact copies of this evaluation version of Mail Alert, if done exclusively through electronic channels; and
c. make as many exact copies of this evaluation version of Mail Alert as you wish, for purposes of distribution as described in (a) and (b) above.

YOU ARE SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED FROM CHARGING, OR REQUESTING DONATIONS, FOR ANY COPIES, HOWEVER MADE, AND FROM DISTRIBUTING SUCH COPIES WITH OTHER PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND, COMMERCIAL OR OTHERWISE, WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM BETTASOFT. BETTASOFT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE THE ABOVE DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY OR NO REASON.

THIS SOFTWARE (MAIL ALERT) IS NOT SUPPORTED UNDER ANY BETTASOFT SUPPORT PROGRAM OR SERVICE.
